When goods are supplied in error we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. Goods may be returned within 30 working days of delivery for refund or exchange, during this period if the goods are fit for purpose the purchaser should cover the cost of return postage, if goods are not fit for purpose we shall reimburse shipping costs.
If returning goods after being in the customers possession for more than 8 working days: Supply errors, manufacturer error or damaged contents must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
And when goods are ordered in error returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and the purchaser should cover the cost of return postage .
Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possessions and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked.
Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.
