Lada Emergency Ignition For Contactless System
The АЗ-1 module is used as an emergency ignition when the Hall sensor fails. The recommended driving speed is no more than 70 km/h.
The module can be used to warm up and dry spark plugs, and to test the electronic switch.
Emergency ignition (АЗ) can be used when traveling by car in bad weather conditions. This could be rain, puddles on the roads, or other troubles in which moisture entering the engine compartment leads to failure of the ignition system. The device circuit allows the car to continue moving after problems occur.
-Warming up and drying candles
-Checking the operation of the electronic switch
-Suitable for LADA with Contactless Electronic System
How to connect:
Disconnect the connector with wires connecting the ignition device to the electronic switch.
Connect this connector to the emergency ignition unit АЗ-1.
Turn on the ignition (without turning on the starter), after which the red LED of the АЗ-1 unit should light up.
If the LED lights up, start the engine.
It is possible to continue moving.
