Developed jointly with JSC AVTOVAZ. The products specified in the certificates have passed the conformity assessment as part of this vehicle. Installation on other car models is not allowed.
Aerodynamic features and design of the car LADA 4x4. Functionally, the ventilation grill located on the hood is divided into two zones: a) air intake zone for the interior heater; b) ventilation zone of the engine compartment.
In this regard, the overlay is also divided into two zones with counterflows that do not allow mixing of flows, located in one housing. Accordingly, they function differently.
Aerodynamic features of the car. The movement of air streams around the car during its movement plays a decisive role in the design of these pads. The air intake zone is located in the zone of maximum air flow compression (in front of the windshield, against the vehicle), which causes a high filling of the system with air. On the contrary, the exhaust zones have a position in places of maximum vacuum (on the side of the lining on the hood and on the back of the side linings), due to which the forced exhaust of the exhaust air into the atmosphere is achieved (the ejection process takes place). The design of the linings ensures minimal resistance at the air inlet and outlet, which, in turn, in combination with the selected section of the inlet and outlet windows, ensures optimal interior ventilation.
Design and functionality. The appearance of the overlays was developed in accordance with the general design concept of the LADA 4x4 car. Therefore, these products organically fit into the exterior of this car, giving it new original features. In addition, these pads do an excellent job of protecting the function, preventing the free penetration of foreign objects, snow and water into the heating system, both when the car is moving (the inlet is located against the direction of travel) and when parking (the top cover of the hood completely covers the grille). If additional cleaning of the body is required, these elements can be easily dismantled and reinstalled, which would be impossible with a one-piece connection.
Test and operation results: Cabin ventilation when the car is moving at an average speed of 60 km/h has the required performance even when the heater fan is off. The heating of the passenger compartment is carried out for a shorter period of time and has a more even distribution. No excessive fogging of the cabin in wet and snowy weather. The value of aerodynamic noise in the rear of the car, especially in crosswinds, is significantly reduced.
